CLEVELAND -- Cuyahoga County is investigating possible wrongdoing with ACORN's voter registration drive.The Sheriff's Department confirmed the investigation after some intense questioning Monday by the Board of Elections about duplicate registrations, chief investigator Duane Pohlman reported.Freddie Johnson said he filled out 73 registration cards because he was given cigarettes and about $20.
ACORN representatives said they've been working with the BOE to identify any voter fraud. The organization emphasizes that this is not fraud because there was no vote.
