- Using heavy pan, add oil and saute onion and country ham
- Add corn to mixture, if using frozen corn, thaw and drain.
- Add peppers to pan and saute
- Whip eggs and pour around entire pan
- Do not stir! Let egg set in pan
- Sprinkle with cheese and put in oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
- Enjoy!
